The service
CallMind provides AI-generated summaries of your own call recordings. Summaries can contain mistakes; verify important details before acting on them.
Your responsibilities
- Use CallMind only with recordings you are legally allowed to make and process, and inform callers where the law requires.
- Keep your account secure. Do not misuse, resell or attempt to disrupt the service.
Fair use
Free accounts have a daily processing limit. Adding your own AI key removes our limit; your key provider's terms and limits then apply.
Availability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may change or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on summaries.
